A new independent cafe/bakery/bistro in Hanover, Brighton, offering a little bit of everything. 

Run by owners Chiara & Frankie, Cafe des Couleurs is a true labour of love. We have renovated extensively to create a quirky, colourful, traditional setting for all to enjoy. 

Service and quality is incredibly important to us and we hope to provide the greatest experience to all our customers, whether you are grabbing a coffee and cake to go, enjoying sunday brunch, picking up a freshly baked celebration cake, or dining with us for our french inspired bistro nights.
